Qualifications

• 2+ years professional experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Experience with process development and validation on new designs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage new configuration introduction into production area.
• Design assembly fixtures to improve manufacturing processes.
• Conduct training for production technicians on new processes.
