Job summary

EssilorLuxottica Group is seeking an Operations Manager responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of industrial production processes. You will monitor workflow, plan staffing, and mentor supervisors to drive efficient, high‑quality output across production areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing both exempt and hourly employees in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to shift supervisors and teams to maintain cohesive operations.
• Lead investigations, analyze workflow, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
