Job summary

CommScope is seeking a Product Line Manager for Optical Components in Shakopee, MN. You will own the product life cycle, drive P&L performance, and lead market research to identify opportunities.

This role partners with sales, marketing and engineering to shape a compelling roadmap and go-to-market strategy. You will define pricing, launch new products, and develop collateral while expanding channels and partnerships to accelerate growth across data center, service provider and hyperscale

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in product management or business development in optical networking.
• Strong understanding of DWDM/CWDM, PON, and fiber-optic components.
• Experience in developing P&L, pricing and go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage product life cycle and P&L targets for assigned lines.
• Lead market opportunities research and competitive analyses.
• Define product roadmap, pricing objectives and positioning.
• Launch new products and develop marketing collateral.
• Develop sales channels and partner opportunities to grow market share.
