Hamilton Barnes is seeking an Optical Network Engineer to build and lead a nationwide DWDM network program from the ground up. Initial focus on Nokia GX implementation, including MOP development, configuration, and field support, with evolution into proactive network operations to ensure reliability.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end deployment, site readiness, testing, and vendor escalations, transitioning to operations, managing performance, and SLA delivery for new networks.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in optical deployment, turn-up, and operations.
• 2+ years hands-on Nokia GX experience.
• Strong DWDM, OTN, and optical networking expertise.
• MOP creation, execution, and network integrations.
