You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and manage new product introductions, ensuring high quality and reliability in high-volume manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of hands‑on experience in microelectronics assembly.
• Experience with microelectronics manufacturing processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage new product introduction for micro-E assemblies.
• Collaborate with design teams for manufacturability improvements.
• Identify trends for optimizing product output and quality.

Skills

Hands-on experience with microelectronics assembly equipment

Experience with electro-optical device manufacturing

Strong desire and ability to learn quickly

Competency with SQL/Python

Hands-on experience with statistical process control (SPC)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, physics
