Job summary

SpaceX is looking for a Microelectronics Process Engineer to develop cutting-edge manufacturing processes for electro-optic devices essential to our satellite constellation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and lead investigations on non-conforming hardware, ensuring high reliability and quality of products.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience working with microelectronics assembly equipment.
• Advanced technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with microelectronics manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage new product introduction and develop production processes for Micro-E assemblies.
• Collaborate with design teams to improve the manufacturability of opto-electronic devices.
• Identify trends for optimizing product output and quality.
