Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of hands-on production manufacturing/operations experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read complex drawings and specifications with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Test and measure surfaces of optics and optical assemblies.
• Set up software to interface with metrology instruments.
• Configure tooling and mounting for testing.
• Calibrate instruments and tooling for precise measurements.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to ensure accuracy.
• Document data and maintain records for process improvement.
• Keep workspace organized and follow safety rules.
