Job summary

The Judge Group in Marlborough, MA is seeking an Optical-Mechanical Assembly Technician to build, test, and inspect complex opto-mechanical assemblies for laser processing systems. You will ensure high quality and contribute to production documentation with engineering feedback.

• Dispose of obsolete documentation upon job completion.

Job Overview

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Technical school graduate or equivalent professional manufacturing experience.
• Competent with optical measurement tools, gauges, and meters.
• Craftsman-level skill with assembly hand tools and light power tools.
• Strong attention to detail with a track record of neat, accurate, and consistent work.
• Ability to work independently, retain information, and communicate effectively with teams and supervisors.
• Strong understanding of the proper chain of command and when to seek guidance.
