Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related experience or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Invoice inspection and directing trays.
• Visually pre-inspect lenses and load into machines with precision.
• Manage chemicals and ensure smooth production flow.
• Ensure quality by matching paperwork to lens data.
• Train new associates and support performance improvement.
• Lead associates to optimize workflow and operate AR Coating Machine.
