Kearfott Corporation in New Jersey is seeking an Optical/Laser Cleaner and Aligning Technician (2nd or 3rd shift) to clean, align, and test optical products under moderate supervision. The role involves interpreting operation sheets, inspecting assemblies, and working under microscopes to assemble, align, rework, repair, wire, test and calibrate components.
Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience with precision parts assembly, be able to lift 30 lbs, and be a US citizen.

An Optical/Laser Cleaner and Aligning Technician will work under moderate supervision to clean and align optical products. The successful candidate performs technical functions that include optical alignment, cleaning, and testing as referred to in documentation and work instructions. The technician will also be able to perform test procedures and evaluation with or without instruction.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New Jersey is $25.00 - $38.00 hourly. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, and internal consistency.
