Optical Keyholder, Part-Time - Ellis Preserve

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Keyholder to join our team. In this role, you will utilize your optical expertise, friendly demeanor, and product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will assist customers with their eyewear needs, ensure the quality and accuracy of eyewear, and help maintain store operations. As a key-holder, you will also be responsible for opening and closing the store and leading a team of opticians and retail advisors to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing personalized assistance to customers, including measurements, fittings, and explaining prescription details
• Maintaining high standards for optical quality and customer satisfaction
• Leading store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Mentoring team members and supporting store management

Requirements:

• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified optician with 2+ years of experience, including supervisory roles
• Passion for eyewear and retail
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
