Automation Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking dependable Production Operators for a fast-growing technology company in Sugar Land, Texas. No prior manufacturing experience is required; training is provided, with opportunities for rapid advancement.

The role involves assembling optical and electronic components, following SOPs, and maintaining cleanroom-like practices. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, full-time, temporary to hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• No prior manufacturing experience required; training provided.
• Reading and following detailed instructions; basic computer/data-entry skills helpful.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Manual dexterity for precise, repetitive tasks; able to stand/sit long periods.
• Willingness to learn new processes and equipment; commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and SOPs to process and assemble optical/electronic components.
• Operate manufacturing equipment manually or with automation after training.
• Use microscopes, tweezers and hand tools for precise work at assigned stations.
• Monitor equipment for irregularities and report concerns to supervisor.
• Inspect components and finished products for quality; separate defects for review.
• Maintain organized work areas and proper inventory of materials.
