Vision Associates, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Full-Time Dispensary Manager in Philadelphia to lead the optical shop team, drive premium patient care, and manage daily operations, including sales performance, inventory, and budget controls.

The role requires HS diploma, ABO certification or state licensure, and strong customer service in optical retail; weekend/evening availability may be required; growth opportunities in a nationwide optics leader.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required or GED.
• ABO certification or applicable state licensure required.
• Strong customer service and optical retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise, ability to learn quickly.
• Familiarity with technology such as POS and patient record systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dispensary staff to deliver patient-centric eyecare experiences.
• Demonstrate superior product and process knowledge in optics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to achieve goals while managing dispensary operations.
• Oversee daily shop operations, budgeting, scheduling, and inventory controls.
• Coach the team to meet performance targets and provide development plans.
• Support the practice with new technology and processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and company policies.
