Job summary

LensCrafters in Phoenix is seeking a Licensed Optician to deliver Signature Customer Experiences and ensure customers are delighted with their eyewear choices. You will help customers select frames and lenses, educate on warranties and care, and operate the POS with accuracy, while leveraging technology to enhance service.

The role emphasizes optical knowledge, merchandising, and customer engagement, with opportunities to contribute to a positive store environment and professional learning

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• State licensure or certification as an optician.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Comfort with using technology to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through the sales process.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses suited to lifestyle and budget.
• Educate customers on LensCrafters guarantees, care tips and warranties.
• Operate POS and process payments accurately and securely.
• Use technology (IPAD/tablet) to support patient experiences.
• Collaborate with co-workers to resolve questions and product needs.
