Key responsibilities include monitoring coating deposition processes, performing maintenance, and training production line staff. Qualifications

• Experience with ebeam coating and ion beam sputtering.
• Hands-on skills in optical coating equipment.
• Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain optical coating equipment for thin film semiconductors.
• Monitor and fine-tune coating deposition parameters.
• Perform preventative maintenance on coating equipment.
