Job summary

COLSA Corporation seeks an OPSEC Planner to provide analytical and advisory support to the Marine Corps OPSEC Team (MOST). On-site at Quantico, VA, the role applies doctrine, policies, and processes to facilitate mission success and OPSEC initiatives.

The successful candidate will participate in OPSEC assessments, coordinate with DoD policy makers, and support DOTMLPF gap analysis across the enterprise. Travel 1–2 weeks per quarter may be required; US Citizenship with TS/SCI clearance or

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma with 6–10 years related work, or Bachelor's with 3–5 years.
  • Formal OPSEC training from US Army, Navy, Air Force or Marine Corps.
  • US Citizenship with TS/SCI clearance or current eligibility within 2 years.
  • Ability to travel up to 1–2 weeks per quarter.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in OPSEC assessments and surveys for CONUS/OCONUS commands.
  • Provide advice, opinions, and non-distortionary services for findings.
  • Develop systems engineering approaches to support MOST.
  • Coordinate USMC OPSEC policy with DoD and Joint Staff requirements.
  • Assist Enterprise with adhering to USMC OPSEC policy and DOTMLPF gaps.
  • Support analytical reports and OPSEC program development.
