Amentum is seeking an Ops Watch officer in McLean, VA for our Intelligence and Cyber Group. The role focuses on counterterrorism watch, intelligence analysis, and rapid response to developing events. TS/SCI with polygraph is required, with a Panama Plus 5-week rotating schedule.

The successful candidate will monitor various channels, draft/coordinate publications, and provide timely alerts to policymakers and leadership. Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience are required.

Purpose and Impact:

Amentum has a new and exciting opportunity for an Ops Watch officer in our Intelligence and Cyber Group in McLean, VA. This contract provides and sustains counterterrorism awareness for NCTC and the CT community. Analysts research, draft, coordinate, and edit articles for publication; identify IC collection gaps and evaluate solutions; conduct intelligence analysis and integration for the IC; complete screening, vetting, and watchlisting; and provide analytic and mission support.

Work Schedule:

Panama Plus Schedule- 5-week rotating schedule: 2 weeks of day shift (4AM-4PM), 2 weeks of night shift (4PM-4AM) .

Essential Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will serve as a key member of a team of highly qualified and motivated individuals in an exciting, fast-paced, mission-critical counterterrorism watch center / operations environment. We are seeking candidates with intelligence, military, or law enforcement backgrounds to serve at Watch Operations Officers at our client site. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required. Shifts are a Panama Plus Schedule- 5-week rotating schedule: 2 weeks of day shift (4AM-4PM), 2 weeks of night shift (4PM-4AM).

The Ops Watch Officer will be required to perform the following:

• Alerting customer leadership to worldwide breaking events

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required
• Demonstrated knowledge in the following areas: All Source information including, HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, Open Source, and ELINT
• Ability to support 24x7 watch operations working twelve hours shifts
• Candidates must have familiarity with a variety of Intelligence Community databases, networks, and environments
• Effective use of MS Office applications in a multi-level security setting

Security Clearance Required:

• TS/SCI with a polygraph
