• Manage callouts, cancellations, and schedule changes while minimizing disruptions to patient care.
• Maintain accurate schedules, patient information, caregiver assignments, and service documentation.
• Assist with new patient starts and ensure caregivers have necessary information for safe care.
• Collaborate with scheduling and clinical teams to support quality patient care.
