Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Team Leader to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and at least six months of related experience in a package-handling or warehouse setting.

You will inspire a shared vision, coach and mentor staff, interpret data, and communicate effectively with diverse teams while using MS Office and web-based tools.

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Six (6) months experience required in the following areas: package handler at FedEx, fast-paced environment (retail, hospitality, fulfillment center, warehouse, dock, or stock room/stock functions), military experience with honorable discharge or supervisory experience.

Minimum Education

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or Associate's Degree in related area or 2+ years of college courses towards a degree
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

Minimum Experience

• Six (6) months experience required in the following areas: package handler at FedEx, fast-paced environment (retail, hospitality, fulfillment center, warehouse, dock, or stock room/stock functions), military experience with honorable discharge or supervisory experience.

Job Conditions
