Fluidstack is seeking an Operations Generalist to build internal tools and automation across our organization, and to design data pipelines and dashboards that drive efficiency. You will work with leadership on tech priorities, shipping projects with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–4 years in a startup/scale-up setting, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in programming/scripting with Python/SQL. Equity options are part of total compensation.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years in fast-paced ops or consulting, startup or scale-up.
• Proven ability to ship projects independently in dynamic environments.
• Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal tools, automation systems, and software solutions across the organization
• Develop scripts and applications to streamline operations and eliminate manual processes
• Support engineering initiatives and ad-hoc technical projects for leadership
• Design and implement data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to infrastructure automation and DevOps workflows
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver solutions
