Job summary

Sarku Japan is seeking an Ops Administration Advisor to partner with the COO and lead enterprise-wide operations initiatives across corporate and franchise restaurants. You will design cadence, dashboards, and governance to drive performance and strategic outcomes.

Based in our Phoenix office, you will coordinate cross-functional efforts with Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Training, and field operations, advising on priorities and delivering actionable insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in progressive operations roles.
• Experience advising C-suite and leading enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including KPI tracking and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought partner to the COO on strategy, priorities, and key decisions.
• Lead development of annual operations plan and cross-functional initiatives.
• Design and run the operations management system, dashboards, and governance.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and franchise communications.
• Drive alignment across functions and coordinate with field teams and partners.
