Position Summary:

This position is in the Civil Legal Services Bureau.

This position is part time requiring 20 hours per week.

Qualifications:
  • Six (6) months of secretarial or clerical work experience. Vocational/technical training in the area of secretarial science or office/business studies can substitute at the rate of 60 classroom hours for each month of the required work experience. A high school diploma or its equivalent can substitute for the required work experience.
The Work You Will Do:

This position’s duties include but not limited to the following:

  • Prepare files for imaging process; operates scanning and other reproduction equipment for duplication, storage, and retrieval of records; ensure clarity and accuracy of documents as well as completeness of files.
  • Maintain file room in an organized and efficient manner; perform other file room duties as assigned.
Data Entry
  • Update activity and status in all necessary databases to meet deadlines and contractual performance standards; performs clerical work requiring sustained high-volume entry of data in database(s).
Administrative
  • Performs miscellaneous office administration tasks.
  • Answer multi-line telephones, direct callers appropriately, and check voicemail daily.
