Job summary

Spectrum internships offer a paid, full-time experience in the telecommunications field for a current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree. The program runs May 26 to August 6, 2027, and includes department- and intern cohort-based projects, a kickoff conference, and mentoring.

As an intern, you’ll work on back-office automation, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration, while gaining exposure to customer service operations and professional development through networking,

Qualifications

• Rising senior with an anticipated graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA in the current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern events and activities.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop automation and alignment opportunities within back office solutions.
• Support process improvement and standardization initiatives within Customer Service Operations.
• Work with business users to understand requirements and expectations.
• Facilitate interactions among different functional groups within the organization.
