Job summary

Charter Communications, operating as Spectrum, offers a paid, full-time internship designed to provide real-world experience in the telecommunications industry. The program runs May 26 through August 6, 2027, with projects across departments and opportunities for mentorship and networking.

You’ll gain exposure to process improvement, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to meaningful back-office work and participating in development sessions and final presentations.

Qualifications

• Rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop automation and alignment opportunities within back office solutions.
• Provide direct support to process improvement and standardization initiatives within Customer Service Operations.
• Work with business users to understand requirements and expectations.
• Facilitate interactions among different functional groups within the organization.
