Job summary

Kelly Services is offering a Paid Internership in Operations & Materials Planning in Elyria, OH. The role provides hands-on exposure to production planning, data analysis, and inventory management within a collaborative team.

You will build Excel dashboards and contribute to continuous improvement while working 20–40 hours per week at $20–$22 per hour. Enrollment in a college program is required, with a focus in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a relevant degree (Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business).
• Strong analytical, Excel, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze production, inventory, and operational data to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain Excel reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Support production and materials planning and monitor inventory levels.
• Assist with continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support special projects as needed.
