Job summary

Advancia Government Services LLC is seeking an Operations Manager in Lee's Summit, MO to identify and prevent issues affecting contract performance. You will promote best practices, lead supervisors/clerks, and ensure high-quality results with efficient resource use.

You will address operational concerns, monitor customer satisfaction, and develop procedures while guiding a high-performance team in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have three (3) years of recent project/operations/site/production management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or PMP in lieu; Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and security clearance; U.S. citizen.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with excellent interpersonal communication and organization.
• Present oral briefings to Government oversight personnel.
• Prepare SOPs and revisions with strong writing skills.
• Mentor supervisors and clerks; plan daily workload for efficiency.
• Assist QC Manager with quality control and corrective actions.
• Organize monthly meetings with the management team.
• Maintain safety compliance; respond to emergencies and incidents.
• Act as Program Manager in the Program Manager's absence.
