The role will initially be part-time with a base salary of ~$52,000 and opportunities for commissions. Responsibilities include managing the online store, brand contracts, and executing marketing strategies for expansion. NovaSapien Labs builds and manages online brand presence for long-term client growth. The brand leverages a growing team in Bangladesh to implement marketing & brand management strategies. We offer branding, graphic design, e-commerce website management, marketing, SEO, social media, content creation, and more. Our primary client is NovaSapien - Bitcoin Self Custody. The initial cashflow for the company however comes from the additional clients that we will gain, with 2 current leads that could potentially bring all the cashflow that we need to support the growth - HigherLearningTestPrep.com
While this role is for the cash-flow positive side of the business, much of the work will be done in the Bitcoin space for NovaSapien - Bitcoin Self Custody & Wallet Recovery. The roles inside this client will allow the position to work in the bitcoin space as we expand self-custody education to the world, and recover old bitcoin wallets in the process. The mid-term plans are expand the online store to Australia and take on leading products such as Start 9 Nodes and Foundation Devices.
ForThe Operations Manager drives client success by managing expectations and overseeing digital growth. Starting with NovaSapien - Bitcoin Self Custody, you’ll handle their online store, brand contracts, content, and digital presence. As we grow, you’ll manage additional brands, scaling from 8-10 hours/week (commission-based) to full-time with a ~$52,000 base salary plus incentives.
These responsibilities will be shared with the CEO and the Operations Manager will grow into the position around the areas that he is most suited for. The team of 13 in Bangladesh will support the implementation at most every stage.
