Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple departments, drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.

The role requires 2+ years in retail or travel stop management, experience with budgets and P&L, and the ability to supervise 5–10+ staff.

Qualifications

2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
2+ years managing operations with annual sales volume of $2M+.
2+ years analyzing budgets and P&L statements.
2+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments.
Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with proper safety checks.
Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, and reporting.
Understand and analyze financial performance to optimize profit opportunities.
Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
