The OPS Financial Specialist serves as the Funding Support Specialist for Everglades Restoration Projects at the Department of Environmental Protection's Office of Water Policy Ecosystems Restoration in Tallahassee. The role involves processing, tracking, and managing invoices from the South Florida Water Management District, ensuring compliance with State purchasing guidelines, maintaining tracking databases, and assisting with grant management and fund disbursements. The incumbent will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with core hours 9AM–3PM, and coordinate with Federal, State, and local agency staff on restoration activities.

Key qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
