Rapid and Rural Logistics is seeking an Ops Engineering role to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects for its sub-same day delivery network. Qualifications

5+ years of industrial/operations/manufacturing engineering experience.
Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) or automation environments.
Experience leading cross-functional teams through launch readiness and go-live phases.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or other STEM field.

Responsibilities

Manage high visibility automation programs quality, capacity, and future design innovations to scale the SSD network.
Collaborate with Reliability Maintenance, Design, and Innovation Engineering teams to deliver complex solutions.
Execute key deliverables and timelines for Engineering programs aligned with stakeholders.
Analyze dashboards, automation logs, and resources to inform next steps and problem solving.
Drive weekly quality and capacity performance of MHE in the network with operations teams to meet customer promises and cost goals.
