Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking an Operations Data and Digital Transformation Manager to bridge Operations and IT/DBT, ensuring Oracle Fusion ERP, MES, PLM, and SIOP tools align with production, planning, and quality execution.

You will drive data governance, standardize processes, and lead digital initiatives across the shop floor. Responsibilities include leading ERP/MES deployments, guiding change management, training operations teams, and delivering measurable value through Industry 4.0

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Immersive experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or IT/DBT.
• Proven project management for system deployments or upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of master data structures (BOMs, routings, inventory) and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as bridge between Operations & IT to translate needs into IT specs.
• Ensure ERP, MES, PLM, SIOP support operations and analytics.
• Lead change management and adoption of digital tools.
• Train Operations teams for successful tool adoption.
• Drive data governance for master data and KPIs.
