Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
• 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
• Related internship experience preferred.
• No direct reports.
• Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
• Works on projects of limited size and levels of complexity.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned reconciliations accurately and within established deadlines.
• Review, analyze, and resolve reconciliation breaks and exceptions in a timely manner.
• Partner with junior team members to support completion of assigned reconciliations and provide day-to-day guidance.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior employees on reconciliation processes, controls, and best practices.
• Prepare escalation reports for risk management, highlighting key issues, trends, and unresolved items.
• Communicate reconciliation issues, control gaps, and potential risks to management in a clear and timely manner.
• Support the team in maintaining strong operational controls and adherence to established procedures.
