• Proven track record building processes, systems, and scalable infrastructure from scratch.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Strong analytical skills with KPI development and tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across teams.
• Hands-on, ownership-driven builder mindset.
• Ability to create structure in a fast-paced environment and turn ideas into action.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale operating infrastructure, systems, and processes to support growth
• Create and implement SOPs to improve efficiency, consistency, and execution across the organization
• Develop and track KPIs to measure performance and ensure teams are aligned with company goals
• Oversee key projects and initiatives from planning through completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
• Partner with leadership to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and measurable results
• Create accountability across teams while maintaining a collaborative and productive culture
• Identify operational challenges and develop solutions to improve workflows and productivity
• Implement and optimize technology tools to streamline communication, reporting, and operations
• Ensure teams have the structure, resources, and processes needed to perform at a high level
• Act as the operational backbone of the company, connecting departments and keeping priorities moving forward
