Job summary

Klick is seeking a dynamic business development professional in the United States to identify viable leads and support outreach across healthcare marketing and life sciences. You will research target companies, maintain prospecting databases, and prepare backgrounders for pitches.

You will collaborate with marketing, client service, and senior growth leaders to ensure materials are current and persuasive, while triaging inbound leads and supporting multi-team outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales operations, market research, or client services in healthcare marketing, pharma, or life sciences
• Strong research and analytical skills, with ability to source, synthesize, and present competitive intelligence and prospect insights
• CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office or Google Suite; experience with BI tools is a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence preparing client-facing materials and briefing senior growth leaders

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on target companies, industry trends, and opportunities to identify viable leads
• Maintain and update prospecting databases ensuring data accuracy across tools and systems
• Support outreach preparation by compiling backgrounders and summarizing client activity
• Monitor inbound leads and triage outbound requests for timely handoff to relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate with marketing, communications, and client service to keep prospecting materials current and aligned with Klick's positioning
