Job description

The purpose of this position is to assist in developing an innovative, well-integrated, high-performance team in support of N96. The contractor shall provide an enterprise solution encompassing a full range of professional support services across N96 in the task areas of Program Requirements and Resource Sponsor level support as described herein. The tasks below are integral to the execution and modernization of legacy, current, and future integrated combat systems, above water sensors, surface ship weapons, air and missile defense systems, undersea warfare systems, command and control systems, unmanned vehicles, navigation systems, training, open architecture, interoperability and Joint and Coalition initiatives.



Position Requirements:


  • Applying mission associated concepts, policies, requirements processes, and program guidance.

  • Ability and experience to work autonomously given broad tasking and interface directly with PMS 505 in PEO LCS and the fleet to fully understand LCS Fleet introduction and sustainment issues and options while representing N96E.

  • Be able to independently generate briefs, issue papers and other work products on program issues for Flag level audience. Experience includes regular interactions with senior leadership internal and external to affiliated organization.

  • Provide expert level JCIDS and PPBE support while also providing test and evaluation oversight.

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in schedule and performance/technical aspects of current, future, and interrelated programs. Extensive knowledge of the LCS program, Fleet introduction issues, ship maintenance and modernization process and shall display expert level of understanding of program requirements while performing all efforts related to this task.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • DoD Secret Clearance

  • A minimum of eight (8) years of related experience
