Job summary

Mobius is seeking a Requirements Systems Engineer to support the National Reconnaissance Office’s GED ISPO in delivering OPIR mission management across the National Capitol Region. The role emphasizes requirements management, traceability, and verification using DOORS, with collaboration across program managers and external teams.

The engineer will review specifications, ICDs, APIs, and CDRLs, support RFC processes, and contribute to end-to-end system delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end mission engineering and requirements analyses.
• Ability to analyze specifications, ICDs, APIs and CDRLs for content and traceability.
• Familiar with RFC processes and ERB change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Timeline management to align with priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external users on data-related needs.
• Support requirements analyses and trade studies for acquisition planning.
• Coordinate with program managers to address interdependencies and ensure delivery.
• Manage requirements, traceability and verification in DOORS.
• Assess developer documents for content, completeness and validation.
• Foster cross-thread integration across multiple teams.
