Job summary

Mobius is seeking Intermediate and Senior Systems Engineers to support the NRO GED ISPO, focusing on ground systems, OPIR architectures, and program acquisition. The role entails trade studies, requirements development, and acquisition support across the full lifecycle within cloud ground architectures.

Qualified candidates will have IC acquisition experience, DAWIA contracting credentials, and a track record in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Expertise in IC acquisition cycle, requirements, budgeting, and acquisition documentation.
• 7 years of government contracting/acquisition experience, DAWIA Certification or equivalent.
• Experience with IDIQ, BAA, OTA, and other traditional/non-FAR vehicles is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, agile environment.
• Comfort working in cross-functional teams and with Contracting Officers/contract staff.

Responsibilities

• Support trade study and analysis for ground architecture and data flow descriptions.
• Support development and maintenance of ground architectures in cloud environments.
• Develop technical and programmatic requirements documents.
• Assist Program Office staff and Contracts staff to develop acquisition strategies and documentation.
• Support planning, solicitation, evaluation, award and execution for various contract types (IDIQ, TOs, BAAs, CRADAs, OTAs).
• Support Market Research, Study Plans, SOWs, ASC briefings, CDRL, and proposal evaluation criteria.
• Support all aspects of contract competition including pre-award activities, source selections, and post award.
