Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a software-focused professional to create physics-based algorithms for OPIR data processing and exploitation. You will develop software to support image processing pipelines and apply data analysis to results.

You will collaborate with hardware teams and project leaders to deploy, evaluate and report findings, including technical reports and presentations.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Computer Science, Physics or Engineering.
Active Secret Clearance.
5+ years of software development on DoW/IC programs.
Experience with Python.
Experience with C++, Rust and other systems languages.
Embedded software development experience.
OPIR mission experience on DoW/IC programs preferred.
FPGA architectures and AI/ML workflows experience.
Experience with detection and tracking algorithms.

Responsibilities

Create physics-based algorithms for OPIR data processing and exploitation.
Develop software to support image processing pipelines.
Apply data analysis and visualization methods to algorithm results.
Collaborate with hardware developers, other software developers, and project leaders to develop, deploy, and evaluate software.
Prepare technical reports and presentations.
Communicate findings and status updates to project leaders, team members, and customers.
