Job summary

County of Davidson seeks an Opioid Settlement Coordinator & Programs Manager to oversee the Opioid Settlement Funds, lead the OSF Committee, and coordinate with county agencies and contractors to ensure strategic, transparent fund distribution.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of the NC Opioid Settlement MOA and related guidelines.
• Thorough knowledge of County government functions.
• Experience in program analysis, evaluation, and administration.

Responsibilities

• General duties include project management of Opioid Settlement Funds and governance of OSF.
• Manage OSF funding applications, timelines, and documentation; educate applicants.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide regular reporting to the OSFC and Board.
• Develop evaluation plans and dashboards to monitor funded programs and outcomes.
• Draft grant proposals and identify evidence-based programs for funding.
