Qualifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• At least 4 years post-bar experience.
• 2 years interpreting statutes, regulations, or government funding programs.
• 2 years of legal writing and analysis.
• 2 years of Board governance experience.
• Must possess a valid NY driver license.

Responsibilities

• Review settlement-related materials for alignment with agreements and statutory requirements.
• Assist in developing policies, guidance, and oversight mechanisms for OSF-funded initiatives.
• Provide legal review of funding agreements, program guidance, and settlement initiatives.
• Support compliance, reporting, and transparency obligations for the Opioid Settlement Funds.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on OSF topics.
