This position is a approximately 35-40 hours per week. Start patients encounters for doctor’s schedule. Pretesting, taking review of systems, family history, medications, chief complaints, eye pressure and dilating patients in preparation for the doctors to see patients. Assist other departments when there is down time, optical or front desk. Some days you will work independently for testing such as OCTs, Visual Fields, biometry measurements, filling prescriptions, completing disability or DMV forms, etc.
