The ideal candidate has a Master's in a life sciences field or equivalent experience, with 2+ years in preclinical CRO/biotech settings and hands-on in vivo work. Strong proposal and budget skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in Biology, Neuroscience, Ophthalmology, Pharmacology, or related life sciences.
• Bachelor's degree with strong relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preclinical ophthalmology programs.
• Serve as liaison between clients, scientific teams, and leadership.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and budgets with leadership and BD teams.
• Ensure proposals meet regulatory standards and timelines.
• Maintain documentation for traceability and compliance.
