MaineHealth is seeking a motivated Practice Manager to lead our Ophthalmology team in Belfast, Maine, and Rockport, Maine. In this on-site role, you’ll oversee daily operations, support and develop a dedicated team, and help ensure patients receive high-quality, compassionate care.

The role requires leadership experience in hospital or outpatient clinic settings, with preference for 2+ years in management and familiarity with finances (AP/AR).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two or more years' management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Hospital/outpatient clinic management preferred.
• Knowledge of financials including AP and AR preferred.
