Responsibilities

Join Our Team

• Join 5 Ophthalmologists, 8 Optometrists, and Opticians.
• Flexible schedule, open to a 4-day work week.
• Cases include cataracts, cornea, diabetic retinopathy, eyelid procedures, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and medical retina.
• Equipment includes YAG laser, OCT, Visual Field, Fundus Photography, Auto Refraction, IOL Master, Fluorescein, and Pentacam.
• Call 1:5 weekends, mostly phone consultations.
• Strong compensation package. Many physicians earn above the 90th percentile.

We Offer

• No cap on earning potential.
• 1-year shareholder track and ASC ownership, with no buy-in or downside.
• 401k with match (100% vested from day one) plus profit sharing.
• Eligible for $40K sign-on, $20K relocation, plus loan forgiveness, NHSC loan repayment, and residency stipend.
• Up to 6 weeks paid time off and 6 paid holidays.
• $2,500 CME allowance plus coverage for license and certification renewals.
• The anticipated base compensation range is $425,000 - $500,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonuses and incentives, bringing total target cash compensation to between $500,000 - $1,000,000.
