Job description

This hospital center in North Carolina is seeking full-time, board-certified/eligible general ophthalmologists to join our expanding ophthalmology program in Eastern North Carolina. Expertise in medical retina is desirable. Candidates with an interest in resident education and residency program development are encouraged to apply.

The Medical Center is a tertiary referral center serving a large population with complex ophthalmic conditions. We are hiring providers across all specialties for a robust multi-specialty practice and plan to develop an on-site teaching program. The community has a hospital-based and local referral network of optometrists and ophthalmologists, with few other retina specialists present.

US residency/fellowship training required.
