Practice:

• Longest-standing group in the Montgomery Area
• Dedicated support staff for each physician
• Perform surgeries 5 days per week
• Light call at only 1:7 weeks with NO TRAUMA
• Volume to support a generalist or subspecialty work (Cataract, Glaucoma, etc.)

Compensation:

• $350,000 - $450,000 Base salary depending on experience
• $200,000 Sign-on bonus
• $100,00 Investment Equity
