Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks an Ophthalmology Physician for locum tenens support in Pennsylvania. Start ASAP with 7:00 AM–5:00 PM weekdays and potential call. Outpatient retina and ophthalmology care with Epic EMR, BLS certification, and active PA license required.

Ophthalmology Physician

StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 10 Pay Rate: $182.36 - $197.40

This facility is seeking a Ophthalmology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; flexible hours if needed. Scheduled clinical hours plus call.


• Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic.


• Types of Cases: Comprehensive retina and ophthalmology care, including diagnosis and treatment of ocular and visual disorders, retinal disease management, diagnostic testing, medical and surgical eye care.


• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days.


• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic.


• Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) by American Heart Association (AHA).


• Licensure Required: Active Pennsylvania medical license.


• Additional Requirements: Board Certified.
