Coverage Need

• Assignment Dates: ASAP - Ongoing
• Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Position Details

• EMR System: Cerner
• Admissions Required: No
• Trauma Level: 1
• Allowed Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
• Patients Per Shift: 25-28
• Orientation: One full 9-hour day with IT support
• Practice Environment: Busy, with well-trained support staff

Submission Requirements

• BC/BEC
• Clean History
• BLS

Skill Requirements

• Non-Surgical: General ophthalmology, laser procedures (anterior and posterior segment)
• Surgical/Invasive: Phacoemulsification, extraction techniques, refractive surgeries (LASIK, PRK), posterior segment procedures (vitreo-retinal), intraocular injections
• Ophthalmology Studies: A/B-Scan ultrasound interpretation, photos interpretation, fluorescein angiography interpretation, OCT interpretation
