Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Real-time documentation of patient history, exams, diagnoses, treatment plans, and prescriptions during visits.
• Assist with EMR/EHR navigation, entering orders, updating charts, and generating letters or prescriptions.
• Ensure documentation meets HIPAA and audit standards and supports coding.
• Educate patients about conditions as requested by the doctor.
• Maintain clean and orderly exam rooms and report any errors to supervisor.
