Ideal candidates have an OD/MD/PhD, 2+ years of MSL experience in eye care, and the ability to present complex information clearly.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD), MD, PharmD, or PhD with ophthalmology/eye care expertise.
• 2+ years MSL experience in ophthalmology or related specialty.
• Senior level possible with 4+ years MSL experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs in optometry and ophthalmology.
• Serve as the primary Medical Affairs contact for scientific exchange and education.
• Gather insights to inform medical strategy and initiatives.
• Deliver disease state education to providers and staff.
• Identify experts for educational programs and advisory boards.
• Develop and execute KOL engagement plans and present at meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and support clinical development as needed.
